The front desk staff was helpful. The shuttle was on time and so quick to get to and from the airport or train station. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. There were plenty of plug ins for phone, ipad, etc. I liked the fact the tv could turn around to view from the bed or the couch. The bar/restaurant was open late and the food was very good.

We always stay at the Steigenberger when traveling into and out of Frankfurt. We have found the service we received each time is always excellent. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The amenities they offer are simply the best. We are never disappointed! A big shout out to 2 employees that went about and beyond for us were Paula at the front desk and Marcus from the IT or TV programming. Paula welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. She is very helpful. Marcus came to the rescue when we had trouble with our TV. He came right away and fixed it, explained to us the problem. He also stated not to hesitate to call again if we have any further problems or questions. These are just 2 examples of why we stay at the Steigenberger.

Location: closed to the airport Available shuttle every 20 minutes (terminal 1&2) Accessible transport House service: everyday clean towels and new refills Free water, coffee, and hygiene stuff available upon request Self checkin/check out: there's a checking machine in the lobby, it's simple to use and fast, they also offer extra card keys if you like. For check out just hand your card keys to the reception area of leave it on the clear bowl located on the entrance of the lobby Bed: bed was firm and kept my body warm during the winter.

Hotel located just 3 minutes away via the hotel's free shuttle bus from Frankfurt Airport, and most surprisingly hardly any aircraft noise. The hotel shuttle bus operated 24hrs a day, every 20 minutes, so we were able to take the train into Frankfurt city centre from the Airport every day to visit Automechanika at Messe Frankfurt. We found the bar, menu choices and waiter service excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable bed/pillows. Clean room. Quiet. Shower worked great. Perfect hotel to stay overnight before catching an early morning flight.

The staff deserves specific praise, because they were all attentive, charming, and kind. The pool was delightful, the restaurant delicious and accommodating, and my room very comfortable. The shuttle got me from the airport train station to the hotel, and back to the airport in the morning, without any hassle at all. Incredible value in of itself.

I was given room in the executive tower. The room was very spacious with a large bathroom ( walk in shower) There was excellent storage space & a suitcase shelf, safe for valuables. A robe & tea/ coffee facilities were also provided. The room did not have a nice view however the property does offer a gym, pool * sauna. A free airport shuttle is provided. There is no other shops or restaurants in the immediate vicinity that I could see. The hotel offers restaurants however there was only one open on the night that I stayed. The restaurant offered a basic menu but the food & service was very good.

Breakfast is really really nice. We arrived by car, parking right on the opposite site which is comfortable, gas station around the corner. We did use the subway to go to the city which ist maybe a 5min walk to the next station. Hotel rooms are modern and well equiped as well as very clean.

The spa was the reason I booked. The two temperatures of sauna and the outdoor space made for incredible relaxation during a stressful time. I hope the steam room is eventually fixed. The setting was comfortable and respectful. The gym was well equipped. Room quite comfortable, good shower. The airport shuttle was helpful. Within 15 minutes walk to train into town along a lovely forest/bike trail with beautiful trees.
